The final round of the 2021 DTRA season is the TT at Greenfield. DTRA TT rules differ to those in the USA in one main way, they don't allow front brakes.
I (Gary, SB editor) have never been a huge fan of TTs.
The reason for not being keen to race them include: I'm not much of a jumper; I've always raced a twin-shock framer with minimal suspension, and the early STUK TTs had quite a brutal landing. Greenfield's layout is much better, and I'm feeling more confident (of survival, not a podium), because: A. Had a new TT friendly exhaust made by Co-Built to replace the previous Racefit exhaust that routed under the sump and was easily flattened by my landings.
B. Had a confidence-boosting practice there a couple of weeks ago.
