Portland-based Russian tattoo wizard, drag racer and, for this evidence, lunatic, Sergey is one of the 50 things we chose to celebrate in Sideburn 50. I met him at The One Show in April and found a unique character with an infectious personality and love of, it seems, everything. And his art is both traditional and original.
