The Dirt Track Riders Association championship travels to its most northerly point this coming weekend with a two day round at the Teesside home of the Redcar Bears Speedway team near Middlesbrough. Racing is from 6pm on Saturday and from 11.30am on Sunday. Pros, Inters and Thunderbikes on Saturday, all other classes, including the Sideburn-sponsored Vintage class on Sunday. The DTRA are organising a night of racing at Eastbourne as a precursor to DirtQuake. This is what they say... Friday 9 August we are running an open evening meeting ahead of DirtQuake.
It's an open meeting for Pro / Inter / Rookie with no tyre restrictions on 19in wheels.
The Friday night is a fun event (no points towards the DTRA championships) with a prize purse of £1000.
