Honda XL600R- 1983. One-off custom built.
Built this 4 years ago and never done a full season. Featured in The Bike Shed London show in 2018. It’s got a few battle scars now but I prefer it having character. Wouldn’t need much to mint it though.
Excel rims, talon hubs, standard 600 engine with custom exhaust and intake. Hagon custom shocks. R6 front forks lowered 1.5” in custom yokes machined from ali. They have adjustable pucks to adjust trail. Current trail is 100mm. Head angle 25 degrees, swingarm -5 and wheelbase 56”.
It’s been pretty successful when raced. Won a few meetings at Scunny, couple of DTRA heat wins. Ready to race. Eligible for thunder bikes, rookies, inters, pros.
Can be raced in FT and supercomp in Scunny. I’ve got standard forks that could go with it if you wanted to run it in vintage.
I’m genuinely not bothered about selling so no stupid offers.
I’ve also got a dominator reg plate and V5 if you wanted to road legal it…
