Another new venue is added to the AFT roster this weekend, as the American Flat Track series heads to west Wisconsin for the Cedar Lake Short Track for the first time. Though AFT refer to it as a short track, it's a 3/8ths banked, clay oval, situated close to the Minnesota border. It is in Harley's home state, but it's closer to Indian Motorcycle's HQ.
The race has been made into a double-header for the SuperTwins class, because they've lost two races to rain-outs this year, where Production Twins have got all their races in before the rain, and Singles have lost just one round.
AFT SuperTwins will be the first and last main of the day, with Production Twins qualifiers joining the Super Twins for their second main.
In addition to the three regular AFT classes - SuperTwins, Production Twins, Singles - Cedar Lake is also hosting Royal Enfield's women-only Build.Train.Race class and a Flat Out Friday Hooligan class.
