I was doing some research on US flat track bike developer and tuner, Dale Lineaweaver and this old photo came up. In the back of the van is Kenny Noyes. The bike is the Husaberg framer Lineaweaver developed. They won the now defunct Formula USA series with it in 2000, the class is the equivalent of American Flat Track Singles class.
No one could ever call that Husaberg motor a looker, but it has an Etch-A-Sketch, formed using a bandsaw charm to it.
Lineaweaver now works for Alta, the electric bike people. Noyes is living in Spain and still recovering from a serious road racing accident that occurred in July 2015.
